They don’t come more modest nor more affable than Gordon Crawford. Not that he doesn’t have plenty of things to boast about. Having represented his country in that most brutal of athletics events, the steeplechase, Crawford has also pounded the road and cross-country circuits. Factor in a hugely successful stint as the fitness coach for the Scottish rugby union side and you’ve a man with no end of things to shout about.

 

Gordon is current Age group multi sport world Champion
